About the Authors

Dr. Lee Schwartzberg is a senior partner at The West Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. He did a residency in Internal Medicine at Cornell University and fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center where he was chief resident in Medicine. He is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at The University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He serves as the Medical Director of the Baptist Cancer Institute-Stem Cell Transplant Program and the Cancer Assessment Risk Evaluation and Surveillance (CARES) Genetics Program. Dr. Schwartzberg has authored over fifty research papers and serves as the Director of Research for The West Clinic. | 
Dr. Georgiana K. Ellis is an Associate Professor in the Medical Oncology Division at the Univerisity of Washington School of Medicine and an Oncology Specialist at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. Dr. Ellis received her medical degree from the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington and completed her Internal Medicine Residency and was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Oncology at the University of Washington, Seattle, Washington. Her clinical interests are in breast cancer-multidisciplinary care, dose intrinsity in cancer chemotherapy, and maximizing breast cancer cures. | 
Dr. Lori J. Goldstein is the Director, Breast Evaluation Center and
Leader, Breast Cancer Research Program at the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In an effort to contribute to the reduction of both the incidences of breast cancer and the morbidity and mortality due to this disease, her research focuses on a multidisciplinary program encompassing basic, clinical, and prevention and control research. |
